He rises to see her every day.

He waits even though she never arrives.

She waits for him always at night.

She hopes to see him, but she never does.

He shines only for her to see.

She glistens and welcomes his light.

They meet sometimes, but when they do, they dance.

He says, "farwell, my moon".

She says, "farwell, my sun".

This was written in French. Grade was 10/10! As a 16-year-old, junior in high school, this beauty has her head in the game, both oars in the water and a heart of gold! May God bless her on her journey and may her path be bright.

Spread Your Wings

We are all on different paths and journeys, but we should all cherish where we came from and how we began so we can appreciate and be grateful for the present moment and its offerings. Taking flight leads us to new destinations with many lessons along the way, opening our eyes and hearts to beauty, adversity, and a deeper sense of empathy.

February "Share the Love" Challenge

This month is a time of reflection on the heart. Gazing into your own soul and accepting what you find there.  Creating the ability to love yourself so you can love others, unconditionally.  Let's take the first step by mindful awareness this month each day ending on a day meant to honour LOVE, Valentine's Day!

Simply gestures they are, yet often we overlook their simplicity as we move through our day of structure.  Let us take a moment each day to take more time for our breath to slow, our mind to ease and our hearts to grow.

Be a blessing to someone, someone you love or a stranger.  Be the light you are meant to be and shine a ray of happiness on another's soul.

Don't be frustrated to miss a day because there is always tomorrow. Or is there? Trying is the first step to acknowledging to make a change. Change is hard, awkward and often uncomfortable, but is necessary to become who we are meant to be.

Have a blessed month full of love.  My prayer is that we all live in equanimity, peace, and balance with an abundance of LOVE!
